Kate Saltzman
Chief Administrative Officer
Kate Saltzman has spent the last 15 years of her career working in the oil and gas space. Most recently, she was the Director of Human Resources for Fluid Delivery Solutions, LLC, overseeing all human resources activities for 900 employees. Before that, she was with FTS International based out of the Aledo, TX, District, responsible for the direct HR needs of 35 rotational crews operating throughout the United States as well as a manufacturing facility. Kate started her oil and gas career at Red Oak Water Transfer in Pittsburgh, PA, and assisted in the merger that created Rockwater Energy Solutions.
Kate graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in English. She also holds her Senior Professional Human Resources certification.
