Jordan Strouse

Jordan has spent his entire legal career representing energy service and petroleum technology companies. Before joining VoltaGrid, he worked in private practice for eight years. He founded a boutique law firm specializing in the commercial and corporate needs of energy service clients worldwide, drawing on over a decade of international energy experience.

Previously, Jordan served as Regional General Counsel—Africa for National Oilwell Varco in Cape Town, managing legal affairs across 17 countries. He was also General Counsel in a portfolio company for Norwegian private equity firm HitecVision, overseeing 20+ acquisitions, commencing operations in 8 countries, and helping guide the business from startup to $300 million in revenue. Jordan has represented VoltaGrid since its inception and holds a law degree.
