Jonathan Williams

Jonathan Williams has over 20 years of experience supporting global energy and technology organizations in HR and business leadership roles. He brings extensive experience in workforce strategy, organizational design, and leadership development.
Prior to joining VoltaGrid, Jonathan spent more than two decades with SLB (Schlumberger), where he held progressive HR leadership roles supporting operations across North America, Latin America, and global commercial organizations, as well as earlier roles in operations, technology, and sales leadership.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University.
