Micah Foster

Micah Foster has enjoyed over a 20-year career with experience as an Executive Officer for publicly traded companies in both the upstream oil and natural gas industry as well as the oilfield services industry. Prior to VoltaGrid, Micah served as the Chief Financial Officer of Natural Gas Services Group, Inc., leading a company-wide data automation effort and securing an upsized syndicated bank facility to facilitate the company’s continued strategy of expansion into the high-horsepower compression market. Prior to Natural Gas Services, Micah served for 8 years as the Chief Accounting Officer of Legacy Reserves Inc. and its predecessor Legacy Reserves LP where he was involved with the evaluation and integration of over $2 billion of acquisitions of producing properties in over 100 separate transactions. In addition, Micah led the accounting function during a transition from a pass-through MLP structure to a C-Corp as well as a corporate restructuring effort. Prior to Legacy, Micah served as a senior auditor for Ernst&Young, LLP. Micah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Abilene Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
